CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING
Clutch Release Bearing and shims for HGT Precision Sequential Gearboxes
We have designed and built our own clutch release bearing as a perfect match for our Sequential Gearboxes. With a 52mm (2") fulcrum and 18mm (0.7") stroke, these can be used in other applications also, as they have industry-standard mount points.
The Clutch Release Bearings are CNC machined from 6061 alloy billet and then anodized in black. The kit comes complete with a set of multi-thickness shims allowing you to adjust the air gap perfectly.

GEAR POSITION DISPLAY
The HGT Precision Gear Position Display is a quality
piece of equipment.
The casing is milled from Billet Alloy on the CNC machine, then anodized in matt black to stop reflections and glare. The bright blue highly visible LED display can be dimmed for preference or night racing. This requires no setup or calibration like some other brands but comes ready to run right out of the box.
The HGT indicator is precision engineered for your sequential manual transmission.

GEARBOX SHIFT LEVER
The HGT Precision gear levers are works of art with smooth flowing lines, massive strength and finish quality.
The shift lever is CNC machined from billet 7075-T6 alloy just like our sequential transmission units. The base plate is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet…simply put; this shifter will take all you can throw at it. The shift lever pivot point is critical, so rather than using brass bushes like some, we press in cylindrical roller bearings either side of the pivot on a generously sized steel main shaft to ensure there is no slop in the shift setup, and that the shifter will last for years to come.

HGT SHIFT CUT GEAR KNOB
Strain Gauged Shift Cut Gear Knob allows clutchless flat shifting and auto-blipped downshifts.
The HGT Shift Cut Gear Knob uses a full bridge strain gauge which produces a super stable analogue output signal.
The Shift Cut Gear Knob can be retrofitted onto any HGT Shift lever, along with most other brands of shift levers in the market. It is designed for sequential manual transmissions only ie North-South movement on the shifter.

PADDLE SHIFT INTERFACE
Interface with Motec, Geartronics, Shiftec and Life Racing Paddle Shift systems.
Our HGT brackets and levers enable our Sequential Gearboxes to accept the Geartronics, Life Racing, Motec or Shiftec Paddleshift Actuators.
The mounting bracket is made from Billet 7075-T6 and comes with pre-drilled mounting holes and fixing hardware. All new gearboxes supplied as of March 2017 have predrilled holes ready to accept this bracket. If you're retrofitting a paddle shift system, it's a simple task to remove the sequential gearbox rear mount and drill the two needed holes.

All HGT Precision Sequential Transmissions have output flanges machined and drilled for a 1350 Series Yoke.
These are matched to the inherent strength of our gearboxes.
As part of our gearbox accessories range, we supply a 1350 Series Yoke for two-piece driveshafts and a 1350 Series Slip-Yoke for one-piece driveshafts. Each yoke comes with grade 12.9 capscrews and Lock-Tight nuts making it a simple fit to your Race Car.
